漆树籽油具有极大的开发价值,亚油酸含量高达60%,还含有多种药理活性成分,具有较高的营养和医药价值。本文从漆树地理种源、品种、理化性质、脂肪酸成分、提取方法和药理功能6个方面总结归纳我国目前漆树籽油的研究进展,并对比其他植物油,分析了漆树籽油目前研究中存在的问题并给出建议,希望能推动漆树籽油研究的进一步发展,为后续漆树籽油的研究与产业开发提供理论参考。

Lacquer seed oil has great development value, which not only the bears the content of linoleic acid up to 60%, it also contains a variety of pharmacological active ingredients. In general, it has a high nutritional and medicinal value.
