摘要:
比较研究了研磨法、饱和水溶液法、冷冻干燥法、喷雾干燥法几种制备技术对山苍子油的β-环糊精微胶囊的制备效果,考察了不同制备技术对微胶囊的收率、包埋率、释放率的影响。SEM ( scanning electronic microscope)观测了山苍子油(LCEO)微胶囊的表面形态,IR ( Infrared Spectrum)检测了上述技术对山苍子油的包埋效果,得出了喷雾干燥法对山苍子油的包合率要好于冷冻干燥法、饱和水溶液法及研磨法。研究微胶囊的释放动力学,按照零级模型、一级模型、Higuchi模型分别对山苍子油微胶囊的释放进行拟合,获得了合适的动力学模型。结果表明:研磨法及喷雾干燥法制备的微胶囊的释放更符合零级模型,饱和水溶...

In this paper, LCEO (Litsea Cubeba essential oil) microcapsules were prepared using β-cyclodextrin as wall material by various preparation methods such as grinding method, saturated solution method, freeze-drying method, spray drying method. The yield, encapsulation efficiency and release ratio of LCEO microcapsules were investigated.
