为帮助大学生掌握正确的休闲理念和休闲知识，使之学会打理在当下已然拥有以及在将来也必然拥有的闲暇时间，在高校开设休闲教育类通识课程很有必要。由于休闲以审美为本质，休闲教育的最终目的当是休闲人格美的养成，因此尤其应开设休闲美学等“中观”层次的休闲教育类课程。在教学内容的设置上，应纳入中国传统休闲文化中的相应内容并给予重点介绍；在教学方法和考核方式上，可以不拘一格，灵活多样。

In order to help students master correct concepts and knowledge of leisure and to enable them to learn how to appro-priately use leisure time which they have already owned and will certainly own in the future, it is necessary to offer general knowl-edge courses of leisure education in colleges and universities.
