农产品市场信息具有复杂性与时滞性等特点,生产者常常难以及时获取并准确把握实时市场信息,因而造成信息不对称下的经济损失。从农产品生产者角度,结合新型区块链技术的应用层及电子商务信息平台的基础平台和服务平台,构建以区块链技术为基础、以区块链数据库为中心的信息双向传递系统——农产品生产决策信息系统。系统包含市场信息服务平台、库存信息反馈平台和物流信息反馈平台3个子系统,并在区块链系统的支撑之下完成这三类信息的采集、整理与输出,以帮助农产品生产者做出正确的决策,从而达到促进农产品销售、增加农民收入的目的。
