In order to enhance the functionality of carbon and sulfur composite cathodes for potassium-sulfur batteries, carbon and sulfur composites containing potassium polysulfide solution, in addition to aligned multi-walled carbon nanotubes (AMWCNT) and superconducting carbon black(SP) as a carbon skeleton, were prepared. The composite cathodes were prepared by washing the carbon and sulfur composites with a solution containing potassium polysulfide, and were subsequently analyzed and compared.
