Based on the cDNA library and EST library of Camellia oleifera, the full-length DNA 1105 bp of Camellia oleifera Seed Ripening-Regulated Protein was isolated. The gene contains an intron with length of 139 bp, the cDNA length is 966 bp(GenBank Accession Number: FJ713027), and the coding sequence (CDS) is 702bp.The putative protein by the CDS consists of 233 amino acids with molecular weight of 25267.46 Da, and has the isoelectric point of 4.43, it is a half-membrane structure and non-secretory protein.
