花香是评价园林观赏植物品质的重要指标之一。木兰科（Magnoliaceae）植物是我国最古老的被子植物，花香浓郁，常被用来提取挥发油和用作园林观赏的重要树种。选择合适的提取及鉴定方法是准确解析主要香气成分的关键。本文对木兰科植物花香成分提取与鉴定方法进行了综述，对其花香成分的研究结果（研究的树种、主要研究部位、主要花香成分）进行了总结，旨在为木兰科植物花香成分的深入研究及其开发利用提供科学依据。
