本实验分别以玫瑰的未展开小叶和体细胞胚为转化受体材料,以GUS基因作为报告基因,对玫瑰的转化体系进行了研究。结果表明,以未展开小叶诱导不定芽再生作为转化受体系统并不适用于玫瑰的遗传转化,无法获得转基因的植株;而以次生胚增殖萌发再生为转化受体系统进行遗传转化的效果较好,可以获得转基因植株,并且通过不同大小的体细胞胚转化效果的比较发现,0.02~0.04g的体细胞胚团作为转化受体的转化效率最高,这些转
