供应链上下游企业之间的知识溢出是农产品绿色供应链集成化的一个显著特征。知识溢出的存在,可以强化农产品绿色供应链的集成化,促进供应链企业的效益增加。现有农产品绿色供应链的构建与运行中,存在着组织化程度低、效率低、成本高、缺乏稳定合作、信息共享与沟通、农产品质量安全保障等问题。解决这些问题,需要从根本上了解集成化农产绿色供应链构建中市场参与主体的激励与约束函数以及对应的参与风险。文章从知识溢出的视角探讨了集成化农产品绿色供应链的市场参与者收益和均衡策略,并对合作与不合作两种情形中的风险进行了分析。

Knowledge Spillover among the upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain is a distinguishing characte-ristic of the integration of green supply chain of agricultural products.
