Comment on Problems and Suggestions of Bilingual Teaching of Contract Law

在我国，开展合同法课程的双语教学很有必要，一方面符合国家政策导向，另一方面也是合同法课程本身的要求。在实践中，我国目前的合同法课程双语教学还存在诸多问题。为加强合同法课程的双语教学，必须采取有针对性的措施：一是统一和深化对合同法课程双语教学的认识；二是借鉴西方国家的案例教学模式；三是选择和整合合适的教学资源；四是提高教师的专业素养和英语水平。

In China, it is necessary to devdop bilingual teaching of contract law, which is supported by the national policy and re quired by the course contract law ifself. However, in current teaching system, there are many problems.
