中小型企业在一国技术创新体系中发挥着重要的作用,但其在技术创新中存在着先天的不足,这就决定了中小企业在其技术创新过程中必须得到金融、财税、法律和社会服务等方面的支持,但我国中小企业技术创新支持体系本身存在诸多的不足,必须采取积极的措施加以完善。
