为深入研究高校教练员能力素质模型特点，以湖南省高校教练员、大学生运动员以及主管领导为研究对象，采用访谈法等研究方法，调查并分析高校教练员能力素质的表现特征，构建高校教练员能力素质模型，并编制问卷验证模型的稳定性。结果表明：高校教练员能力素质模型是由4个维度20个表现特征构成。2．与我国专业教练员相比，高校教练员能力素质模型中的沟通协调能力和敬业更显突出。3．经信效度检验，该模型结构稳定，能很好表现高校教练员能力素质特征。

In order to go into the competency model construction of the coaches in universities and colleges , this paper assessed the coaches in universities and colleges , college athletes and the competent leadership in Hunan by adopting interview method, investigate and analyze the characteristics of the coaches in universities and colleges and build their competency model , and verify the stability of the model by the questionnaires .The results indicated that 1 ) the model consists of 4 dimensions and20 representative aspects .2 ) Compared with the professional coaches , the coaches in universities...
