The utilization and economic benefits of biomass resources can be maximized through rational design and process optimization. In this study, an innovative approach for the simultaneous extraction of essential oil and lignin from Cinnamomum camphora leaves by deep eutectic solvent (DES) and optimization of the process parameters was achieved using deep learning tools.
