Prevention of Complications after EVLT and Trivex for Venous Varices

目的 探讨激光联合Trivex透光直视旋切技术治疗下肢静脉曲张并发症的原因、预防和处理方法.方法 下肢静脉曲张患者78例,单纯激光治疗9例,大隐静脉高位结扎加激光治疗9例,激光治疗加透光直视旋切术治疗60例.结果 78例患者均临床治愈,随访5个月至2年.术后发生血栓性静脉炎9例,皮肤Ⅰ度烧伤19例,炎症反应4例,隐神经损伤15例,皮下血肿3例,手术后曲张静脉残存2例.结论 微创技术治疗下肢静脉曲张并发症的发生与操作不当有关,仔细操作可减少或避免并发症的发生.

Objective A total of 78 cases of varicose veins treated with EVLT and Trivex were retrospectively reviewed in terms of the causes and preventive methods of complications in the procedures. Methods From Jun 2004 to Jul 2006, 78 eases （ men 38, women 40, age range 22-70） with varicose vein were treated by minimal invasive technique, EVLT and Trivex. Results The patients were followed by for 6 months to 2 years.
