“双一流”建设对推动我国高等教育事业发展具有重要的战略意义，为高校学科建设和期刊发展带来重大的历史机遇。高校学科建设和期刊发展存在天然的互动机制，期刊建设引导和服务学科发展，学科建设为期刊发展奠定坚实基础，两者互相促进、相辅相成。在“双一流”建设背景下，建立学科建设与期刊融合发展机制，须构建学术共同体，搭建科研资源共享平台；建立人才共享机制，培育一流学术团队；打造科学的评价评估体系，建设世界一流期刊。
