本文通过斯塔克尔伯格博弈模型探讨汽车产业集群内由整车制造商与汽车经销商构成的两级单条供应链的技术创新纵向合作博弈问题。根据企业间在研发方面合作与否,以利润最大化为目标,提出集群供应链各成员在技术创新合作博弈以及非合作博弈策略下的最佳批发价格、最佳市场销售价格和最佳新产品研发成本决策,并通过数值仿真探讨模型主要影响因子对供应链决策的影响,从而为企业创新策略选择以及是否参与合作创新提供理论依据和技术支撑。研究表明:技术创新合作博弈能够实现汽车产业集群供应链成员及整体利润最优;技术溢出效应会使得上下游企业的研发投入及利润增加;新产品研发成本与供应链成员及整体...

Through Stackelberg game model, this paper discusses the vertical cooperation game of technological innovation in a two-level single supply chain composed of a single automobile manufacturer and a single automobile dealer in the automobile industry cluster.
