An electrochemical DNA sensing experiment based on four kinds of functionalized electrodes and a gold nanoparticle (nanoAu) carrier signal amplification strategy is designed to investigate the effects on the current response (I) by square wave voltammetry. Four kinds of electrodes and a methyl blue labeled DNA signal probe with or without the nanoAu carrier amplification strategy are involved in this work.
