地理标志是一项重要的知识产权，承载着极大的经济价值和文化价值，对其进行法律保护十分重要。目前，我国对地理标志的保护呈现出“三套制度、两种模式”的局面。“三套制度、两种模式”冲突且并行导致我国地理标志的保护面临法律规范体系不完善、地理标志产品的质量标准不一、确权机制缺陷引发重叠保护与权利冲突、管理机构设置不完善等一系列的问题。对此，基于国情，我国可以通过完善地理标志的商标法保护、构建统一的质量监控制度以协调立法保护模式的冲突，通过整合机构职能以完善行政管理体制，从而构建起体系化的地理标志保护体系。
