非政府组织利用自身优势,积极参与环保事业,为地球环境保护作出了巨大贡献.文章通过对国际上和发达国家中英、日、美三国非政府组织参与环境保护的现状进行分析,得出值得我国借鉴的经验,如给予非政府组织宽松的空间,赋予非政府组织广泛的环境权利,强化对非政府组织的外部监督等.
