该文通过对继续教育教学管理的现状问题,分析校企合作模式下继续教育教学管理的创新价值,从转变观念、优化人才培养模式、加强师资队伍建设、创新教学模式、提高师生交互效度、强化评价体系、完善法律法规等提出校企合作模式下继续教育教学管理的创新对策,为当代社会技能型专业人才培养提供思路,实现继续教育的可持续发展。
