从内涵、任务、结构和特点四个方面对现代化经济体系进行了解构,在对产业绿色创新体系演化的初始阶段、形成与成长阶段及成熟阶段剖析的基础上,得出产业绿色创新系统推动现代化经济体系建设的机制,即政府部门的规制、激励和宏观调控政策促进政策体系的建设,企业及其主体间的互动推进产业体系的建设,企业-产业-体系的绿色良性循环发展推动市场体系的建设,并且绿色创新机制发挥的过程中,现代化经济体系的主要任务目标也得到实现。

This paper deconstructs the modern economic system from four aspects: connotation, task, structure and characteristics. Based on the analysis of the initial stage, formation and growth stage and mature stage of the evolution about industrial green innovation system, the mechanism of industrial green innovation system promoting the construction of modern economic system is concluded.
