The self-made adsorbent composites comprising of bentonite/sodium lignosulfonate graft-polymerized with acrylamide and maleic anhydride(BLPAMA)were used to investigate the effect of ionic strength on the adsorption of Pb2+ and Cu2+ onto BLPAMA with and without 0.2 mol L-1 NaNO3 in Pb(NO3)2/Cu(NO3)2 binary metal ion solution.Results have shown that the increase of ionic strength decreased the adsorption capacity of Pb2+,the change of Gibbs free energy,enthalpy and entropy,and increased the activation energy of Pb2+ adsorption.On the contrary...
