2007年以来物价大幅度上涨,导致高校食堂运行成本增加。市场经济规律与教育公益相矛盾;补贴措施的短期性与物价上涨的持续性相矛盾;弱势群体利益与高校食堂的利益相矛盾,高校食堂管理存在的三大矛盾。为高校提出了如何应对的课题。因此,要建立应对高校食堂物价上涨长效机制,建立高校联合生产基地,建立同城高校饮食联合采购协会,建立高校联合物流中心,建立高校食堂加工、销售一条龙经营模式,加强人力资源管理,降低能耗成本。

Since 2007, price upsurge by a large amount has led to operating-cost of colleges and universities mess hall increasing.
