园林专业的青年教师一般均具有硕士或博士学位,虽然他们在专业知识方面具有一定的优势,但缺乏实践经验与教学经验,同时面临身份认同困惑、激励机制不完善、教学与科研如何平衡等困境。为提高园林专业青年教师的教学能力,应构建多元化的培养制度和教师教学团队,注重教学能力的培养,切实提高青年教师的教学水平,以激发青年教师的教学热情。
