The urban heat island (UHI) phenomenon has been studied extensively. There are also urban cool island bodies, such as water and green spaces, but relatively fewer reports explored the urban cool island (UCI) phenomenon. The goal of this work is to find the effective urban channel water pattern to bring down the temperature in summer. The relevant elements of water cooling effect were identified by Dalton's law of evaporation, and "land's cool island region" was put forward to indicate the cool island's effect on exploitable land.
