该文以国家工程教育专业认证为契机,从培养学生兴趣、鼓励学生创新设计试验项目、在实践教学过程中分工合作、充分发挥个人与团队作用、充实课内外实践教学内容、培养学生环保意识等方面,对"畜产品加工工艺学"课程实践教学进行改革,以提高"畜产品加工工艺学"课程实践教学质量和水平,为社会培养畜产品加工领域专业工程人才。
