NSGA-II, first proposed by Deb et al. (2002), is popular in solving various multi-objective scheduling problems (Abdelmaguid, 2021, Akbar and Irohara, 2020, Motlagh et al., 2019). Non-dominated sorting (NS) and crowding distance (CD) operators designed in NSGA-II guarantee its core competitiveness. Specifically, the dominant relationship between solutions can be accurately evaluated based on the NS operator, the evaluation results can directly reflect the quality levels of individuals. In terms
