总结了靖州县股份合作林场发展历程,将其归纳为探索设立、完善和衰退3个阶段,并分析了3个阶段各自产生的原因,指出自主经营是前提,经济盈利是根本,政府扶持是保障,制度完善是保证,能人治理是林业专业合作组织设立与发展的关键因素。
