随着"一带一路"倡议的实施,对农科院校教育国际化人才的需求日益紧迫。本文基于对"一带一路"国家的重点涉农投资项目数据资料分析,总结了这些国家在涉农投资项目中需求的特征:农业基础设施建设需求、特色农产品加工需求,酒类农场和畜牧场的转让需求,水产养殖基地建设需求,生态风景区旅游综合开发需求等非常显著;与此同时,项目的国别集中度比较大,便于开展区域性示范工程建设。基于此,结合目前中国农科院校教育国际化进程中存在的不足,提出了提升农科院校教育国际化的主张和建议:夯实农科的学科基础实力;整合农科院校优势学科和经济管理学科,形成跨境出海的学科实力;提升中国农业的全球和区域影响...
