Research on the Training Path of Innovative Furniture Design Talents Based on Industry Associations

人才是创新的第一资源。本文发现行业协会在推动家具行业设计创新人才方面有着巨大的优势，但是目前存在着部分问题，即企业和高校的沟通平台搭建不健全；协会与高校、企业等创新主体缺乏深度合作，在人才培养中未能充分发挥指导和考核功能等问题。针对其存在的问题，提出行业协会推动家具设计人才培养的路径。一方面，协会可以与高校、企业、政府等创新主体进行双方合作或者多方合作的形式，联合打造产学研实践基地、家具职业技能培训基地，积极探索“订单式”人才培养模式，提高人才培养的精准度；另一方面，通过举办多类型的设计比赛选拔家具设计创新人才，为行业注入新生活力。
