返乡创业大学生如同大学生村医、村官一样给人们以极强角色化感官冲击,只是其角色远不如大学生村医、村官那么令人感知美好,然而,大学生从城市返回乡村,从依赖就业提供到自主创业并为他人创造岗位,其角色行为的主体能动性特征鲜明。为此,文章揭示大学生返乡创业的角色化内涵,剖析大学生返乡创业角色在主动性考量下形成的现实因素,展示主体能动性驱动下大学生返乡创业理想角色形成的完整路径。
