利用2005—2012年湖南省14个市州面板数据就房价波动对城镇居民消费影响进行分析得出:房价波动对湖南省城镇居民消费支出存在显著影响;房价波动对湖南省城镇居民消费支出的整体影响在不同时期表现各异;房价波动对城镇居民消费的影响存在区域差异性,且不同市州在不同时期,就房价波动对城镇居民消费的作用方向与作用效果存在显著差异。

The panel data of 14 cities in Hunan Province has been used to analyze the influences on the urban residents ＇ consumption by the real estate price fluctuations.
