在电商服务供应链中,服务集成商居于核心地位,需求端客户对于整个服务供应链的闭环也起着重要作用.电商的快速发展,对电商服务供应链的构建及其管理提出了要求.文章以电商服务供应链如何通过协同管理来保障农产品质量安全为研究切入点,运用扎根理论对农产品电商服务供应链协同管理的影响因素进行分析,分别对外部环境、主体因素、协同能力等三个方面,构建了农产品电商服务供应链的影响因素模型,本研究对于深入挖掘电商服务供应链协同管理关键性影响因素及保障农产品质量安全的实践奠定了理论基础.
