基于湖南省10县500户林农调查数据,借助AHP方法分析得到林农满意度排序为:保险重要性>保险责任>保险金额>保险服务>基础设施建设>赔付情况;多级补贴加统保对林农是否参保和参保方式起决定性作用;林农对政策性森林保险赔付满意度较差,商品林参保率偏低。提出了应通过增加商品林参保补贴,加强政策性森林保险产品建设以及扩大生态效益基金来源等对策来增强湖南省政策性森林保险的运行效果。

Based on the survey data of 500 households in 10 counties of Hunan Province,the AHP method is used to analyze the satisfaction degree of forest farmers:insurance importance>insurance liability>insurance amount>insurance service>infrastructure construction>compensation situation;Multi-level subsidy plus insurance.It has a decisive role in whether forest farmers participate in and participate in the insurance system;forest farmers have poor satisfaction with policy forest insurance claims,and the rate of commercial forest participation is low.It is proposed that the operation effect of policy fo...
