以9个常绿杂交冬青品种的离体叶片为供试材料进行低温胁迫处理,用电导法配以Logistic方程计算出半致死温度(LT_(50)),并测定了超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白各项指标,运用隶属函数法进一步分析其抗寒能力。结果表明,杂交冬青的相对电导率(Rec)随着温度的降低而上升, LT_(50)均在–34.91~–14.13 °C之间;低温胁迫下,随着温度的降低, MDA含量逐渐上升, SOD活性和可溶性蛋白含量呈先上升后下降的趋势,而脯氨酸含量呈先升后降或上升的变化趋势。综合LT_(50)和各指标隶属函数分析法得出抗寒性强弱顺序为: ‘Shamrock’>‘Forsteri’>‘Schworbel’s Compacta’>‘Anna’s C...

In order to evaluate the cold resistance of nine evergreen Ilex cultivars, the physiological mechanism of detached-leaf from nine evergreen Ilex cultivars under low temperature stress was studied. Their semi-lethal temperatures were calculated by relative electric conductivity (Rec) and logistic equation. Meanwhile, the contents of SOD, MDA, free proline and soluble protein were determined to provide their cold resistance.
