团队间关系、不同团队与环境的关系等问题对现代企业的高绩效产生重要影响。文章借鉴生态系统的理论与方法构建企业的团队生态系统。通过界定企业团队生态系统的主体与目标、资源与环境等构成要素,对不同要素、要素间关系与结构进行分析;在提出团队生态系统的生产功能、分解与还原功能等概念的基础上,进一步从结构与功能协调的角度探讨了系统的动态平衡问题。
