教学实习对培养学生的实践能力、创新能力和综合素质起着至关重要的作用。提高学生对教学实习的认识，是提高教学实习质量的必要保证。选择教学实习工厂，并非越先进的越好，教学实习应该循序渐进，由浅入深地进行。在现场教学的基础上，适当使用课堂教学能起到事半功倍的效果。强化管理和教学设计，是保证教学实习顺利进行和提高学生综合能力的关键。重视总结和公平合理的考核，能进一步激发学生在教学实习中的学习积极性。
