该文以植物显微技术实验课程的石蜡制片实验为例，分析了传统实验教学方法在创新人才培养上的不足，阐述了植物显微技术实验教学改革的必要性，建立了植物显微技术 “科研式 ”的实验教学模式。在教学实践中，注重实验原理的挖掘，强化 “科研式 ”实验教学过程，建立实验教学与科研活动的良性互动。“科研式 ”的实验教学模式不仅能培养学生的实验技能和科研意识，而且能激发学生的创新潜能，完全顺应目前创新人才培养的潮流。
