科技创新需要一个有吸引力的投融资环境。目前湖南的科技创新能力在全国各省市之中相对落后,缺乏良好的投融资环境是一个重要原因。在分析当前湖南科技创新投融资环境发展现状的基础上,重点针对软环境的改善提出对策建议。
