受农村地区特殊的经济社会环境和生鲜果蔬产品特性等因素的限制,农村地区生鲜果蔬电商物流节点布局成效并不理想。研究发现,多级物流节点设施能够有效提高物流运输效率,这对生鲜农产品高质、高效“上行”至城市消费有重大帮助。文中根据国家在农村建设“县、乡、村”三级物流节点的政策,以运营成本最小化为目标建立农村三级物流节点布局模型,并运用遗传算法对模型进行算例求解,验证了该模型对于生鲜果蔬产品“上行”问题具有较强的可操作性和适用性,对农村地区生鲜果蔬产品“上行”过程中的物流节点布局优化问题具有一定的指导意义和参考价值。

Due to the special economic and social environment in rural areas and the characteristics of fresh fruits and vegetables,the distribution of e-commerce nodes in rural areas is not ideal.It is found that multi-level logistics node facilities can effectively improve the efficiency of logistics transportation,which is of great help to the high-quality and high-efficiency of fresh agricultural products.In this paper,based on the policy of the state to construct“county,township and village”three-level logistics nodes in rural areas,a model of rura...
