Porosity acts as a key role in realizing the planting function of vegetation-type porous concrete. However, the porosity depends on the aggregate gradation characteristic. Then, compared with the gradation characteristic of normal concrete, the gradation characteristic of vegetation-type porous concrete is discussed. Furthermore, the porosity calculation of vegetation-type porous concrete with three kinds of grain-size-ranges (9.5 mm-16 mm, 16 mm-19 mm and 19 mm-26.5 mm) is deduced.
