随着科学技术的不断发展,图书馆经历了许多的变革,如何创建新型图书馆已成为图书馆界关注的一个焦点。基于英国概念商店的启示,阐述了把高校图书馆建成"温馨明快的知识乐园"的思想来源,分析了当前高校图书馆现状,从3个方面探讨了如何把高校图书馆创建成一个温馨明快的知识乐园,以更好地提高图书馆的利用价值。
