总结、分析了当前高校图书馆思想政治工作所存在的主要问题,提出了进一步加强政治思想工作的思路,即针对图书馆思想政治工作的特点和要求,围绕“读者第一”这个中心,建立健全管理机制,突出图书馆的教育职能,加强精神文明的建设。
