An efficient thermal regulation strategy is of great significance in ensuring the safe operation of electric vehicles (EVs). However, the commonly used thermal management systems suffer from the problem of not being able to accurately and uniformly control the temperature distribution of lithium-ion batteries (LIBs), which poses great risks to the thermal safety control of batteries.
