目前我国本科阶段的法学教育在完成基本的素质教育和通识教育之后,应把能力培养作为中心任务、把技术训练作为基本环节以适应法律职业对从业人员的要求。加强司法实习、创新教学方式、强化司法统一考试内容的教学、构建适应实践教学的师资队伍、实施多元化实践教学方法是当前法学本科学生实践能力提升的路径选择。
