翻转课堂教学模式颠覆了传统的教学流程,教学效果显著。绿色食品开发与利用是食品加工与安全专业硕士的必修课程,其教学效果直接影响其培养质量。对翻转课堂教学模式在绿色食品开发与利用教学中课前、课中和课后三个关键环节进行探索,从而促进绿色食品开发与利用课程教学改革的顺利完成。
