本文打破以学校为主体的传统校企合作模式,提出设立研究生流动工作站的研究生培养模式的构想,以企业为流动工作站的实施主体,结合高等院校研究生培养要求,组织研究生轮流进驻,参与或承担企业技术研发,来提高研究生综合素质和实践能力,为高校研究生培养模式提供新思路。

A training mode to building the flow workstation is proposed in this paper to train the postgraduate.The conventional mode of university-enterprise cooperation is changed.The enterprise in the flow workstation is taken as the subject based on the training requirement of postgraduate in the university.The comprehensive quality and practical ability of the postgraduates in the flow workstation will be improved by participating in the technological research and development of the enterprise.This will also pro...
