　　采用Gauss和Laplacian金宁塔模型方法将原始DR图像分解为不同尺度和频率下的带通图像序列，对分解后图像的高频部分使用多尺度图像增强算法进行细节增强，然后对低频部分进行光照调整，使得重建后的图像光照对比度更加合理。增强过程中根据不同频率层图像的特征，设计不同的增益权重，在不同频率图像层上分别实现噪声平滑、降维及增强边缘特征的效果。仿真实验结果表明，本文提出的一种改进的多尺度医学图像增强算法的处理效果非常好。

The original DR image is decomposed into different scale and frequency of the band image sequence by using Laplace gaussian pyramid model methods. Using multi-scale image enhancement algorithm to enhance the High frequency component of the decomposed image, Then adjust the light of the low frequency part to make the reconstructed image illumination contrast more reasonable.
