Key Supervision Points and Control Countermeasures of Agricultural Products Quality in E-commerce Service Supply Chain Environment

从电商供应链利益主体出发，运用SC-RC评估和定位矩阵交叉分析法，对近10年发生的472个电商农产品质量安全问题事件从两个不同维度构建定位矩阵，得到电商农产品生产质量安全五大关键控制点，通过进一步研究得出农民意识淡薄、物流规范化水平差、物流溯源与监管能力有限、硬件投入体量小这四个关键监管点，要发展农村电商物流，不仅要提升农民健康意识、促进物流规范化，还要强化第三方物流企业建设，如加入冷链设施投入、完善农产品服务供应链基础设施。

Starting from the parties interested in the e-commerce supply chain,the paper used the SC-RC assessment and positioning matrix cross analysis to construct the positioning matrix consisting of two different dimensions for 472 quality and safety issues of e commerce agricultural products in the past 10 years,and obtained the five key control points.Through further research,it found four key supervision points,including farmers'weak quality awareness,poor standardization level of logistics,limited traceability and supervision ability of logistics,and low hardware input.Finally,the paper pointed o...
