当今家具企业之间的竞争已成供应链之间的竞争,家具制造业高能耗不符合绿色发展的要求,从供应链的角度去研究家具企业的碳排放情况成为行业关注的热点.通过对家具供应链的范围进行界定,结合"2006 IPCC指南清单"以国内典型家具制造企业为实例,通过对采购、生产、仓储、销售和运输等供应链环节分析,构建各项碳排放模型对各环节产生的碳排放测度量化,并给出控制策略:推行绿色供应链环境管理,优化生产工艺流程,采用清洁生产技术,提供低碳的家具产品.

In this paper, by defining the scope of the furniture supply chain, and combined with the 2006 IPCC Guide List, we studied a typical the domestic furniture manufacturing enterprise, analyzed its procurement, production, warehousing, sales and transportation links in the supply chain, and constructed the carbon emission model to quantify the carbon emissions generated in each link, based on which, the following countermeasures were given, namely promoting green supply chain environmental management, optimizing the production process, adopting...
